The Gentry can build a bespoke package to your specific requirements. Whether it is our fully qualified staff providing corporate event services or perhaps a pamper in your hotel room our professional team are always on hand to help.

Late Arrivals
We endeavour to finish all services & treatments on time, therefore as a courtesy to the next client late arrivals may deprive you of precious time with your stylist/therapist. For any late arrivals over 15 minutes you may be asked to rebook.
Deposits
50% deposits may be required for any service or treatments booked over £50, or for group bookings.
Gift Vouchers & Letters
Gift vouchers & letters are valid for 12 months from date of issue | Gift Vouchers are only redeemable against services, treatments or Gentry OWN brand products | Gift voucher sales cannot be discounted and are non refundable. | Duplicate gift vouchers or letters cannot be issued if lost or stolen.
