I had grown my hair for a good few months as I wanted a longer look. I went to a local salon on a recommendation and got butchered. I was gutted, but decided to visit the Gentry to see if there was anything that could be done to save it. Paul took his time with me and I knew straight away that I was in the right place. He rescued my hair and I am so grateful, thanks Paul. I am just about to book for my second appointment.

5 of us visited together and the treatment we received was absolutely fantastic, we cannot recommend the Manchester salon and staff highly enough. The hot towel shave is performed to perfection and is a very relaxing experience, however when it is followed by the Indian head massage it is as close as possible to reaching Nirvana.

Thanks to you and your team, my Dad really enjoyed himself yesterday.
 
He admitted that he was expecting to tolerate the experience rather than relish it, but I'm pleased to report that he loved it and was impressed with how focused but unfussy your team were (simple things like not abadoning a client mid treatment to answer the phone). 
He looked very relaxed and well groomed when I met him afterwards, I would never have guessed his skin could glow or feel so smooth, and blimey what a difference a hairstyle makes!!
 
If you guys can polish up a 60 year old ex-soldier, what Master pieces might be capable of?
